The essential things

When I wake up this morning I felt terribly tired. I haven't recuperated from moving last week yet.
In spite of that, this midday I've gone to the gym, and I've suffered a very hard class of spinning, more or less 26 kilometers in 45 minutes.
And, although it sounds incredible or maybe imposible, now I'm feeling like new, totally rested and with best humour.
Therefore, I recommend everyone to practice some exercise frequently. For me it's essential.
